Julie Alexander, Certified Instructional Technologist
I have demonstrated proficiency in creating and delivering a broad range of effective learning interventions during a career spaning more than 20 years. The projects I have led and worked on have been varied and include blended learning solutions, instructor-led training, e-learning courses, and electronic performance support tools. I have a proven ability to manage multiple major instructional design and training projects in local and distributed teams and have worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, oil and gas, and financial services.
The information in this website is provided to give you a few examples of the work I have done and to show some of the ways in which I would be an important asset for your organization. Additional references are available as well. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Education and Training
I have taken about two years of college courses and attended numerous additional workshops and seminars covering management and business topics. I completed an intensive 180+ hour course that resulted in my Instructional Technologist certification. I also graduated from a specialized course that taught a focused method for accelerated learning and received a certification as a Fisher Group High Performance Work Systems instructor. In addition, I usually attend at least one professional development conference or seminar each year and am a member of the eLearning Guild and the Association for Talent Development (ATD - formerly ASTD).
